Volunteer: Do you have a special skill or trade? Are you part of a group looking for a project? Memory Care Home Solutions is always looking for individuals and groups to partner for long and short term projects. We also always need people to assist with day-to-day activities so please call us today!
Home Safety Item Drive: Host an item drive in your place of work, worship, with your family or community group. The caregivers we serve are in constant need of items to assist in keeping their loved ones safe. Cabinet locks, door alarms, non-skid mats and more can be collected and donated. Consider replacing your annual gift swap with an item drive – or host a party and “charge” one item for admission.
Community Outreach: Memory Care Home Solutions is looking for individuals to assist with setting up and giving presentations in the community.
Schnucks e-scrip Program: Sign up at your local Schnucks or contact us and we will get a registered card in the mail to you. Hand your card to the cashier before you pay and Memory Care Home Solutions automatically receives a donation equal to 3% of your monthly donations from Schnucks – at no cost to you! Recruit family and friends to participate.
Talk and Tour: Join Memory Care Home Solutions (and invite a friend!) for an hour and a half presentation about our Mission and Programs. Light meal included. This program is also available on the road – you provide the group and place - we provide the presentation and educational materials.
Memories and Melodies: THE event of the year! Held in early November (November 11, 2010 – mark your calendar) each year, this annual function is our largest fundraiser. Sponsorship Opportunities are still available. A Planning Committee is forming now; your expertise is needed! Meetings are held monthly on the 3rd Wednesday in the evening. If you are not able to help plan make sure your name is on the list for an invite. We are pleased to announce the Memory Care Home Solutions Community Service Awardee 2010 will be Mr. and Mrs. Robert R. Hermann.
