Memory Care Home Solutions™ will make it easy for you to adapt your relationship and home setting to meet the ever-increasing demands of caregiving. Over the course of one year, Memory Care Home Solutions™ will provide the following assistance:
HOME VISITS WITH PERSONALIZED CAREGIVER TRAINING
- Reduce caregiver stress
- Improve communication with the person suffering from memory loss.
- Make your home safer
- Modify daily activities to promote independence for the person suffering from memory loss.
We personally connect you to community resources and other supports to specifically meet your needs. Afterwards, in order to ensure your continued success, we will set up three follow-up telephone conference calls.
FREE INTERACTIVE CAREGIVER WORKSHOPS
Presentations and seminars for community, business and civic groups that want to learn more about the options of elder care and our Mission.

Service Fees
As a non-profit organization and in an effort to serve as many caregivers as possible, Memory Care Home Solutions™ charges only a minimal fee while delivering the full value. This reduced fee is made possible through donations from foundations and private donors who believe in the Memory Care Home Solutions™ model.

In addition to the program services, Washington University in St. Louis collaborates with Memory Care Home Solutions™ to evaluate the program's impact on:
